Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health challenges and devise effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and mindfulness techniques to foster client growth and resilience.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, maintaining the highest ethical standards and precise documentation throughout.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest mental health trends and best practices, ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT you will be working with will focus on a diverse clientele comprised of individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health concerns. This includes issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and addiction. Your empathetic and nonjudgmental clinical approach will be crucial in establishing rapport with clients, fostering a safe space for them to discuss their experiences and pursue healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required to practice in California.

• An annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
