Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services, including assessments and therapeutic interventions, to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders either in-person or remotely.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and coordinate more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Create, implement, and maintain integrated care plans that help clients access appropriate services and support systems.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support aimed at improving student outcomes.

• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that each client's treatment plan is tailored to their individual needs and continuously evaluated for effectiveness.

• Participate in team meetings and committees to refine service delivery processes and contribute to agency-wide quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist in crisis intervention and management, ensuring safety and supportive care during critical situations.

• Document and submit necessary reports and data in a timely manner to comply with organizational standards and enhance program efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Engagement Counseling Center offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
