This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Paralegal role based in Solana Beach, CA. The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys and the acquisitions, leasing, and asset management teams by preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, estoppels, and other transaction documents, as well as coordinating signatures, maintaining checklists, and tracking critical dates. The role involves conducting due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, including reviewing title and survey, coordinating with title and escrow companies, and monitoring closing requirements. The Real Estate Paralegal will maintain organized electronic and physical files, update document management systems, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support efficient and timely closings. Additional duties may include assisting with corporate entity documentation, maintaining form templates, and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Qualifications Paralegal certificate from ABA‑accredited paralegal training program. At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in real estate Ability to multi‑task and prioritize assignment while delivering consistent, quality work‑product to both attorneys and clients Strong attention to detail and ability to self‑start Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision and to seek help when needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary Range: $43.00/hr - $53.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
