Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM Tue: 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM Wed: 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM Sat: 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM Sun: 12:00 AM – 08:30 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, following hospital and clinic access guidelines, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related events according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity while assisting staff, patients, and guests with directions, access questions, and other security‑related concerns. Support a professional healthcare location by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed and helping with traffic, access control, and incident response procedures. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
