Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Highland Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address issues such as blended family dynamics, grief and loss, and conflicts between family members.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients dealing with various challenges, including job stress, alcohol abuse, and relationship conflicts.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and keep up with industry advancements.
