Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to balance work with your personal life. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, operating from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with the ability to create your own hours to best accommodate your workflow. This telehealth role eliminates the need for on-call duties, focusing solely on providing patient care through live video sessions and integrated digital tools.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based care strategies tailored to their specific treatment goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive, holistic treatment plans that address clients' varied needs.

• Monitor treatment efficacy through automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular consultation sessions with leadership to enhance therapeutic techniques and share best practices.

• Troubleshoot tech-related issues to ensure smooth session delivery and optimal patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve adults who may be experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Your role is to foster emotional resilience and personal growth, using a culturally responsive approach to care. You will work with various patient demographics, ensuring inclusive treatment that respects and addresses each client's unique background and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
