Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions that address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborating with clients to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring timely and effective care.

• Educating colleagues about client challenges and psychological needs to foster a cohesive treatment environment.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Proven experience in delivering counseling services to a broad range of clients, especially those navigating complex psychological concerns.
