Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, enabling you to create tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, specifically designed to promote clients' growth and healing.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and proactively monitor their progress throughout the treatment process to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, making mental health support more accessible and convenient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients who are experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Your role is crucial in helping them navigate their personal struggles and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. The approach we use is individualized, taking into account each client's unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligible for licensure.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance, essential for creating a safe space for clients to express themselves.
