Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide leadership and professional guidance to therapy staff, families, and associated stakeholders.

• Build and mentor a high-caliber team of mental health professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Supervise a multidisciplinary staff, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and facilitating case consultations.

• Oversee administrative staff and functions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aimed at increasing service visibility and establishing valuable community business contacts.

• Engage in providing Clinical Supervision to new therapists and interns, enhancing their professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse patient population. Our clients face a range of challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, addiction issues, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate will not only excel in one-on-one therapy sessions but will also demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the social elements affecting mental health, such as homelessness and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
\n
• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, adhering to the latest state regulations and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in crisis management and delivering a broad spectrum of mental health services.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in addressing addiction issues, integrating this understanding into therapeutic practices.

• A respectful and empathetic approach towards clients, their families, and fellow staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
