• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Plans for students

• Track student progress, regularly updating data and reporting outcomes to colleagues and parents
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom culture
• Adapt and modify curriculum materials as necessary
• Communicate and collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and related service providers
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
