Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' psychological and emotional states.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Provide direct counseling services utilizing various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Regularly communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to share insights regarding patient progress, treatment needs, and any concerns that may arise.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress following industry standards and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with clients' families and support systems to facilitate ongoing treatment and planning for discharge.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• At least three years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Strong proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain organization in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working with specific populations, such as children, teens, or couples, is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Demonstrated skill in crisis intervention and assessment of psychosocial issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
