Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their intensity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client growth and progress.

• Provide education and advocacy for clients and their families on mood disorders, various treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Coordinate integrated care efforts with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wellness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
