Temp to Perm Front Desk Administrator

Our client, a real estate firm, is looking for a temp to perm Front Desk Administrator to support their Bronx, NY offices! This assignment starts asap, with potential for permanent hire if the right fit. Hours/Schedule 8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday) Location Bronx, NY *Fully Onsite Responsibilities Provide front office support for a portfolio of three residential buildings totaling 275 units. Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Assist with administrative projects and provide support to the property management team as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and shifting responsibilities. Maintain a professional and welcoming front office presence at all times.
