Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals of all ages, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking guidance in enhancing their dynamics. Our clients often present with an array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Therapists will be expected to adapt their approaches to resonate with the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.

• Active licensure in Virginia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrable experience addressing complex client needs, including high-risk populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
