Work Environment

This full-time position is purely onsite, allowing for direct, personal interaction with patients in our concierge medicine and house call model. Key Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of critical activities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric assessments to accurately diagnose patients’ mental health conditions.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, including medication management and monitoring therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborating closely with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Providing crisis intervention, support, and immediate care for patients experiencing acute emotional distress.
• Engaging in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting services offered.

Compensation and Benefits
