Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including coordinating discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments.

• Maintain relationships with community resources and represent MindShift Behavioral Health at meetings and committees oriented towards addressing the socio-economic needs of our client base.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and crisis intervention, employing therapeutic techniques to assess and treat clients coping with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other team members to report client progress, address concerns, and problem-solve potential issues that arise during treatment.

• Document client progress thoroughly and accurately, maintaining adherence to departmental protocols concerning clinical and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Our clients may vary in age and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring a tailored approach to therapy that considers their unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required.

• Possession of a valid license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong understanding of clinical theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mental health.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to foster professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required, candidates who bring additional specialized training in trauma-informed care or substances abuse treatment would be highly regarded. Experience working in telehealth and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
