This contract role spans the academic year, from August 2026 to June 2027, and involves providing essential support and transformative therapy to students as part of a collaborative educational team.

As a Licensed NC SLP holding the CCC credential, you will apply your expertise to a diverse caseload, guiding students toward their communication goals. The role is crucial in helping students build skills and confidence, creating positive and measurable impacts on their educational journeys.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• In-depth experience delivering SLP services in a school environment
• Familiarity with ECATS documentation and compliance systems
• Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to individual students and groups
• Complete documentation and reporting requirements using ECATS
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress with stakeholders
• Adapt therapy plans to support a wide range of student needs and abilities
