Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact by partnering with students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract assignment in a North Carolina school-based setting. This position offers the opportunity to support students’ communication needs throughout the academic year, collaborating closely with educators and families.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must hold an active North Carolina SLP license
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Background in school-based Speech-Language Pathology settings
• Familiarity with ECATS data system and educational documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals for assigned students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform therapy plans and eligibility determinations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including ECATS entry and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and parent communications as needed
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and support best outcomes

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule (37.5 hours per week) for the duration of the academic year, starting August 2026 through early June 2027. All interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom.
