Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients effectively using telehealth technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing therapy primarily to adults facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, embracing a holistic approach that emphasizes both therapeutic and practical solutions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) valid in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with adult clients.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

• Strong writing skills for effective documentation and reporting of therapy outcomes.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
