Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, ethical mental health counseling to low-acuity adults via video chat.

Your primary focus will be on assisting stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance in navigating life's challenges. This population may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will play a vital role in helping them build resilience and develop constructive strategies for their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Independent licensure with no supervisory requirements.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to provide effective counseling in a digital format.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate consistent telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in mental health counseling, particularly in a telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
