Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, focusing on their history and symptoms to inform an accurate diagnosis.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address movement dysfunction and facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, ensuring they understand the proper techniques to maximize their progress.
• Utilize manual therapy, including massage and other modalities, to promote healing and alleviate pain.
• Guide patients in proper usage of mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and orthotics.
• Systematically maintain patient records and document treatment outcomes to track patient goals and progress over time.
• Provide patients and their families with advice on in-home treatment strategies and exercises that complement their rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
