Clinical Operations Coordinator (LVN/MA preferred)

HouseCall MD is a growing mobile primary care practice serving seniors in homes, assisted living communities, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern California. We are seeking a motivated healthcare professional who wants to grow into a leadership role. This position combines healthcare knowledge, operations, team coordination, and problem-solving to help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care. This is not a traditional back-office Medical Assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys making decisions, coordinating teams, solving problems, and helping improve healthcare operations. Responsibilities Support daily clinical and operational workflows Coordinate communication between providers, facilities, patients, and families Assist with patient care coordination and follow-up Monitor and help resolve scheduling and operational issues Support provider onboarding and readiness processes Assist with quality assurance and workflow improvement projects Help supervise and guide administrative and clinical support staff Track outstanding tasks and ensure completion Participate in process improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions Makes thoughtful decisions independently Works well with different personalities Remains calm under pressure Enjoys solving problems Wants to grow into a leadership position Is organized and detail-oriented Understands that excellent patient care requires strong teamwork behind the scenes Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred LVN welcome to apply Minimum 2 years healthcare experience Geriatric, primary care, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience preferred Experience with EMRs and healthcare software Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required This position is designed for someone interested in growing into a leadership and operations role within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr HouseCall MD of Southern California
