What You'll Do

As an Owner Relations Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring our homeowners receive the best possible service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners.
• Ensuring high owner retention by delivering outstanding service and proactive communication.
• Providing prompt responses to owner inquiries and concerns.
• Managing owner property records and keeping documentation up to date.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance owner satisfaction.
• Communicating effectively with owners, team members, and leadership.
• Working collaboratively to support the company's growth and success.
