Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy for clients encompassing diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns.

• Utilize a variety of counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to address clients' mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
