Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing social workers to engage directly with clients in a detox facility setting. Utilizing telehealth tools and communication platforms, you will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and collaborate with other professionals in a virtual environment. We utilize secure systems that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that client confidentiality and data security are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program, identifying their individual needs and challenges.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that treatment strategies are tailored to the unique circumstances of each client and their family.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes and adjust intervention plans as necessary.

• Provide comprehensive support to families, imparting essential information and skills that empower them to foster their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to develop rapport with families and enhance learning opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is predominantly on children and families affected by various challenges, including substance use and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.
