This remote position allows our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to work from home while benefiting from the support of an outpatient office facility. Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client diagnoses and goals.
\n
• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions.

• Recording and documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes following clinic policies and procedures.

• Utilizing innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist clients in achieving personal goals.

• Collaborating with case managers, medical personnel, families, and schools as needed to coordinate holistic care.

• Participating in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of challenges from anxiety and depression to relationship and communication issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida is mandatory.

• Proficient in completing diagnostics assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
