Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients' lives.

• Collaborate with clients in developing tailored treatment plans that cater to their individual needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring their active involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless integrated care approach, ensuring that clients' mental and physical health needs are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, specifically CBT and DBT.
