Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct client sessions via telehealth. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work schedule without weekend or evening commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that incorporate their individual goals, preferences, and specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in overcoming challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and actionable self-care strategies to encourage engagement in their recovery journey.

• Closely monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their responses and therapeutic outcomes.

• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide an integrative and cohesive care experience for patients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapy efficacy.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately, adhering to legal and ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and educational opportunities to integrate collaborative insights and improve clinical skills.

• Act as an advocate for clients, actively working to reduce stigma associated with mental health disorders and championing their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals facing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related challenges. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to adults, providing them with compassionate support as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, notably CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology to enhance collaboration with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy sessions is advantageous, as this role will require adept navigation of technology to facilitate effective engagement. Prior experience in a psychiatric or outpatient setting is also valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
