Remote IT Help Desk Technician
Amentum
Amentum is seeking a Call Center IT Support Technician to provide Tier 1 help desk support for desktop PCs, peripherals, and communication tools in Annapolis, Maryland. You will assist users via phone, email, chat, remote, or in-person interactions and help maintain incident logs.
The role requires English communication skills, Google Workspace experience, and a willingness to travel locally as needed. Hours are typically 8 per day, 5 days a week, with occasional overtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
