Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, implementing new strategies to support their mental health journey effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting diverse clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) to provide mental health therapy.

• A clean professional record, with no prior disciplinary actions by any licensing board.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments and creating detailed treatment plans.
\n
• Strong written communication skills for session documentation and report writing.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in clinical psychotherapy, particularly with adult populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT and other therapeutic practices tailored to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
