Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to pinpoint co-occurring disorders and develop individualized treatment plans for our clients.

• Design and execute evidence-based treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique goals and needs, adapting strategies as necessary throughout the recovery process.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, trauma resolution, and addressing broader mental health issues.

• Consistently monitor and evaluate clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as required based on outcomes and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction counselors, to provide integrated care that meets all client needs.

• Educate clients and their families on matters concerning mental health, recovery processes, and addiction prevention strategies.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical guidelines.

This position primarily involves working with adults experiencing addiction issues and concurrent mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of recent experience in mental health counseling, particularly in addiction rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
