Key Responsibilities

• Educate patients about effective movement strategies and home exercise programs that encourage their independence and ongoing recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress, tracking important metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain an organized environment, ensuring that rehabilitation equipment is clean, functional, and readily available for use during sessions.
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop cohesive care strategies that align with patient goals, facilitating efficient communication and care coordination.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a nurturing atmosphere that motivates and inspires.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
