Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, needs, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and beneficial self-care practices, fostering a deeper understanding of their conditions.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and coordinate comprehensive support for clients.

• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in mood disorder treatment, applying new insights to enhance therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on clients who are experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your work will involve supporting individuals and families as they navigate their mental health challenges, providing them with the tools and strategies to foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• The salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
