Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing therapy primarily to individuals suffering from substance use disorders, many of whom may be adolescents or young adults dealing with both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. The therapist will need to show sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and individual circumstances, utilizing cultural competence to foster strong therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional bonuses for performance. A sign-on bonus is also available.
