This role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining regular client interaction. As part of our outpatient counseling team, you will engage with clients through secure digital platforms and phone consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans aimed at facilitating client growth and recovery, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and culturally responsive practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients with coping strategies and tools for overcoming their mental health challenges.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and make referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals facing various issues, such as substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Our clientele is diverse, comprising different age groups, backgrounds, and experiences, which requires a Counselor who is culturally competent and sensitive to individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional licensure such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to work autonomously and within a team.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, various therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based treatment practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
