Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with hospice patients facing end-of-life issues, along with their families. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in New Jersey is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
