Commercial Attorney for AI Contract Training [Remote]

Produce practical, transaction-ready commercial agreement templates, annotated samples, and high-quality contract drafts that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This document-driven contractor role focuses on real-world commercial agreements and requires delivering clear, compliant, and usable contractual materials for a customer project.

• Draft and review templates, sample agreements, and annotated examples for commercial use.
• Prepare agreements including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other Licensing Agreements.
• Ensure documents reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial scenarios.
• Deliver well-structured, high-quality files suitable for inclusion in an AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and final deliverables as needed.

• Required skills: contract drafting, commercial agreements, legal document review, attention to detail, written communication, verbal communication, remote collaboration, understanding of legal compliance and industry best practices, familiarity with legal technology.
• Preferably a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world transaction use.
• Experience working remotely and delivering assignments independently.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

• This role is document-driven, you will be responsible for sourcing and supplying eligible transaction materials and finished documents.
• Contributors are expected to produce and submit completed agreement documents such as MSAs, leases, IP licensing, marketing agreements, and other licensing agreements.

• Pay range: 80 to 100 USD per hour.
