Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations stemming from injuries, surgical procedures, or medical diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to effectively address pain and mobility issues.
• Implement treatment plans dynamically, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize patient recovery and facilitate achievement of therapeutic objectives.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and responses meticulously to ensure accurate records for compliance and continuity of care.
• Regularly reevaluate patients and update treatment plans to reflect changes in their physical status or goals, ensuring they receive the most effective care.
• Assist with the recommendation and fitting of assistive devices, educating patients and their families on how to use these tools safely and effectively.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and family members, enhancing their ability to assist in the rehabilitation process.
• Stay current with evolving best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education, workshops, and professional networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors from various backgrounds and medical histories. The focus will be on patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is essential for this role.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and patient management.
• A strong commitment to maintaining flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, new graduates passionate about physical therapy are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
