Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individual adults seeking mental health counseling for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our practice is built on a foundation of understanding individual experiences and fostering trust, enabling clients to feel safe and heard as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy, including video conferencing tools, EHR software, and general computer applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and empathetic interactions with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
