Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based strategies.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, delivering psychological support through individual and group settings.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about their conditions and teach coping strategies for managing symptoms.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records, detailing client progress and treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. A focus on culturally competent care will guide your interactions, ensuring that you understand and respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. You will be instrumental in creating a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based interventions is critical.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for client documentation and tracking.

• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
