Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and concerns, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and engage in regular reviews to ensure progress is being made.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing techniques best suited to each client’s circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to offer integrated care and support.

• Ensure the confidentiality and safety of client information in all communications and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to build rapport and establish trust over virtual channels will be key to successfully guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor to practice in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is essential, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
