Work Environment\n

This role allows you to work remotely within a dynamic telehealth setting, which is particularly valuable in serving clients who may have barriers to in-person therapy. Your work schedule will be structured for full-time hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced professional life conducive to both your well-being and that of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain and manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, stability, and discuss upcoming appointments, facilitating smooth transitions to discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, guiding them through their mental health journeys.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Utilize technology efficiently, including tools like Excel spreadsheets and RMS systems, to streamline client management and maintain organized records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. As an LPC at Polaris, you will provide direct psychotherapy services, helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your contributions will directly impact their overall well-being and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficient in using computers, including experience with various software such as Excel and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities available. We prioritize work-life balance and provide W2 employment status.
