About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advancement to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to provide accessible and responsive education to a diverse community of learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives that support the growth and development of the institution. This includes overseeing fundraising, alumni relations, and community engagement activities to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the educational programs. While the specific role description and leadership profile are being finalized, the Vice President for Advancement will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the President and other senior leaders to advance the institution's goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advancement, with a deep understanding of the higher education sector and a passion for the mission of the organization. A collaborative and innovative approach is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external. A relevant advanced degree and experience in a similar role within an educational or mission-driven nonprofit environment are highly desirable.
