Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess students' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas needing support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to meet individual student needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and healthcare providers to craft coordinated care strategies that holistically address students' emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Educate students and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their journey toward wellness.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating an atmosphere where students feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Develop and implement treatment plans in partnership with the student, outlining achievable goals based on their preferences and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. You will work directly with students in their learning environment, understanding the unique pressures they face and providing tailored therapeutic support that encourages emotional growth and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
