BOOKKEEPER
Location: Lakeville North High School Hours: 8 hours per day / 195 days per year. Start Date: 6/12/2026. Date Posted: 5/29/2026. Date Available: 06/12/2026. Position Description The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate and systematic financial records for all budget accounts for the high school. Accurately verifies receipts and processes payments for student activity accounts. Accurately prepares deposits for student activity accounts. Monthly reconciles student accounts and maintains monthly reports. Accurately prepares student account yearly audit requests and meets with auditor. Accurately prepares budgets for activity events and trips. Prepares cash boxes for activities; reconciling boxes after event; and completes all needed reports. High School education. 2–3 years bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of software: MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, and miscellaneous office equipment. Capable of learning district financial program. Salary and benefits in accord with the Agreement with the Lakeville Educational Assistants Federation. Position classified in the LEAF Contract B‑2‑3; 2023‑25 starting salary $22.76–$27.04 per hour.
