The district values thoughtful assignments and will consider your home ZIP code when determining school locations to keep your commute convenient. As a valued team member, you can either take on the comprehensive range of SLP responsibilities—delivering therapy, participating in ARDs, and conducting evaluations—or, if you prefer, provide professional supervision. With a manageable caseload of 50-60 students, your specialized skills will make a truly significant difference.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active Texas SLP license; must provide image of licensure
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and experienced SLPs
• Experience working with middle or high school students preferred
• Willingness to complete required district fingerprinting
• Ability to perform therapy, evaluations, ARD meeting participation, and/or provide supervision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services for assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments and document progress
• Actively participate in ARD meetings
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district standards
• Option to focus solely on supervision if desired
