This position offers a remote working arrangement, allowing you to provide care from a setting that’s comfortable for you while maintaining an essential connection with our outpatient office. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs of children and adolescents accurately.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support for young individuals and their families.

• Collaborate extensively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated patient care and holistic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, ideally in a mental health setting focused on children and adolescents.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders specific to children and adolescents, along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and a child-centered approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to leverage technology for effective practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
