Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns and formulate diagnostic impressions that inform structured treatment plans aimed at addressing specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment summaries.

• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and community resources available to support their wellness journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client demographic, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
