This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while having access to our telehealth platform. You will utilize video conferencing tools to conduct therapy sessions within a structured schedule, providing an ideal work-life balance. The role also requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space to ensure patient confidentiality during sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to adult clients.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and other psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach, sharing insights and best practices.

• Utilize automated symptom assessment tools and treatment progress measures to inform and adjust each client's treatment plan as necessary.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with the team for professional support and case collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse clients, including adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients seek therapy for various issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and other life stressors. By employing a person-centered approach, you will empower clients to enhance their self-awareness and navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.

• Prior experience providing remote therapy and familiarity with telehealth protocols are essential.

• Advanced proficiency in using a computer, including navigating EHR systems and telehealth software (e.g., Google Suite).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

• Professional demeanor and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Ability to connect with clients through warmth, empathy, and engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training within our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as care pathways.

• A background in working with adolescents and young adults is a plus.

• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and methodologies relevant to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring employees have access to essential resources for their well-being.
