Founding Senior Account Lead - AI for Electronics

As a Founding Senior Account Lead, your mission is to lead strategic enterprise go-to-market efforts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while selling into major engineering organisations that design and develop electronics hardware. Key responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for named strategic accounts: prospect, qualify, run discovery, demonstrations, navigate procurement, security, negotiate and close new business Build trusted relationships with Director, VP and C-level leaders across Engineering, Product Development, R&D, Technology, Cybersecurity, IT, and Finance and set a compelling vision for their AI-native electronics development process Execute complex, consultative, multi-threaded six and seven figure deals developing solutions that align with the strategic goals of product, engineering and C-suite executives Develop a deep technical understanding of the Circuit Mind platform, navigating objections and building credibility with electronic engineers Collaborate with Circuit Mind leadership to refine positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy Act as a voice of the customer back to Circuit Mind’s product teams relaying feedback on feature gaps and influencing roadmap Travel to customer sites to work alongside their engineering, technical and leadership teams (30 - 50% of your time) Required Skills and Qualifications Extensive background in enterprise sales for EDA/ECAD Experience selling six and seven figure deals and managing formal procurement, security, and legal review Strong discovery and consultative selling skills Extensive experience working with both executive buyers and technical evaluators Deep understanding of electronic design and development principles Enthusiasm for incorporating AI and agentic workflows into the sales process We'll also consider exceptional candidates from a different path: engineering leaders (Manager/Director/VP in electronics or hardware engineering) or electronics engineers with a strong interest in moving into enterprise sales Nice to have’s Existing Director/VP relationships in major electronics development organisations Experience working in a company with Familiarity with regulated programme environments, such as ITAR, export control or functional safety regimes Hands-on familiarity with ECAD tools such as Cadence, Altium or Siemens Reports - Directly to the CEO Salary Range - $180k - $300k OTE.
